FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING AUSTRALIA-WIDE

Sentient Eyes is run from Perth, Western Australia. 

We express ship all orders Australia-wide via Australia Post.

We charge no additional fees for shipping.

 

Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

During sale or promotional periods, please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing.

Reader lensed glasses will take an additional 7 days for shipping.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

We deliver Australia-wide : 1-5 business days

 

No international shipping

We do not currently ship glasses outside of Australia.

 

Address change or other order detail updates

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact contact@sentienteyes.com immediately, we will always work hard to accommodate any changes as best we can.

 

Order cancellation

Orders are usually dispatched on the next business day after an order is completed, occasionally on the same business day.

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable.

A signature may be required upon delivery. Please review shipping confirmation details.

Sentient Eyes is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once marked as delivered by the carrier.
